In cases where husband fails to pay maintenance,as i am jobless and thier is no asset in my name,after many warrant still he is unable to pay.what will be the final stage

For intentional violation of court orders or directions to remain present or comply with maintenance payment, court can order civil custody and also initiate recovery. There are ways and means to execute court decrees/orders, which a competent lawyer may guide you after checking facts and documents

Hello, if he is not able to pay then file execution proceedings for arrears if you have filed already he might go to jail for non payment of maintenance amount to you. You are absolutely eligible under these circumstances to get maintenance and it’s arrears
