I’m Hindu NRI, staying in Bali, Indonesia, age 60 in May married
31-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I’m married recently to Indonesian Christian, have Christian marriage certificate and will be getting Hindu marriage cert shortly.
I had community divorce in Gujurat in the 90s but do not know if I still have papers of same.
How can I get cert from India for my marriage?

If you previously married and separated in 90 on the basis of community settlement.But you have not previously got Divorce decree from court.Then your status in the sense of Law now is married.Therefore you need to get divorce from court.
Without getting divorce you married again.That act mat attract criminal offence.If complaint is filed by against you in India under Indian Penal Code.
