I'm a housewife and I don't remember signing any prenup but on paper I'm also the company director which my husband runs. There's a 80k per month amount that is supposedly my salary but it gets credited into a joint account which only my husband withdraws from, I've barely ever withdrawn a single penny out of that account. I want to know what my rights to property and wealth are in such a case? My husband is also threatening to not pay my child's college fee which is why I'm afraid to take any action since I can't afford the college tuition myself

You have complete right to alimony and maintenance. In fact, if a divorce is not the best suited option, you are yet entitled to receive monthly sum for yourself and your kids from your husband. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.
