I filed a police complaint in Chennai thirumangalam bcs of covid lock down no investigation happened so I filed petition in cm cell to take action on my husband who tried to kill me for my jewels he posted defaming statement on fb deleted after every one saw he cheats me regularly visit brothels he said my friends also I have screen shot of whatsapp messages where he texted my close friend said he still visit and at last said my friend that he will send divorce notice soon they have vacated Chennai going Bangalore soon I got notice from Bangalore court contains false allegations stating he s good person and it was me who is cruelty behaving . Now I got a call from Chennai police that they want me to come to station for enquiring as it's in cm cell they are getting pressured . I have all call recording where he spoke abusing languages pic of where he beat me video of where he slapped me is this enough evidence? how to take legal action from Chennai court without going Bangalore court
