If the husband has blamed the wife for extra martial affair with photo proof but the wife was blackmailed by the man that he has her photos and he will show to the husband. At last she decided to fight back with that man and decided leave him so that man showed those pics to her husband and her husband didn't trusted her and didn't hear her side story and blamed her. So the wife decided to get the divorce from him also she was having no family support during that incident and has 4 kids. The husband is saying that he won't give a single penny to her as she was having extra martial affair. So will a wife get a alimony if husband blames for extra martial affair with photo proofs ? Plzz reply as it's urgent .

You will have to contest the maintenance case properly. Though it will. be the defence of your husband that you have an extra marital affair but you can deny it and stress on getting the maintenance and

No, the Wife won't get the Alimony if her Husband either submits Photographic/Videographic evidence of his wife sleeping with other Man or indulging in sex with him other than him. However, Court will such Photographs or Video to Cyber Forensics first.
