If the fact that 'ex wife has taken her Stree dhan' is not written in Mutual divorce petition, can she claim it after divorce?

No Sir/Mam women cannot claim that because if is already written in the MOU that further both parties will not file any case against each other. so it's better to discuss and claim everything before 1st motion . Rest I can guide you for which we can schedule s meeting. Thankyou

hello as per the details given by you in your query, your wife cannot demand any stridhan article after the second motion of mutual divorce as per the condition of mutual divorce there is clearly mentioned in the petition that after the completion of divorce procedure no one can interfere with other person in any matter. for more details contact directly through app advocate Jitendra Singh
