If the fact that 'ex wife has taken her Stree dhan' is not written in Mutual divorce petition, can she claim it after divorce?
No Sir/Mam women cannot claim that because if is already written in the MOU that further both parties will not file any case against each other. so it's better to discuss and claim everything before 1st motion .
