Self frm Kolkata and PSU employee. Wife from Sikkim. Registered marriage in Gangtok. 2 child in custody with me. Wife had extra marital affair and filled divorce case in Gangtok district court. Court gave the decision as agreement for separation, custody of child with me and allumni of certain amount every month. Staying separated since 2020. Came to know that she is working in govt of Sikkim as a non permanent staff since last 1 year.Want a permanent divorce without paying allumni. Pl guide

If she is a government employee as well as doing adultery or affairs then you can file petition against her to withdraw the maintenance in the same court. If you not getting the results then you can file in High Court also. To know more fell free to contact me
