If lawyer cheated and discontinue so judgementn can be challenged

Her husband file case under hindu marriage petition and Her written statement is submitted in court but her lawyer was not attending the hearing and she has submitted all her proof to lawyer which she think he has not submitted in courtnNow the judgement date is a day before tommorow. What she can do now. How she can manage lawyer in such a short period. Please guide
If the case is posted for judgment then you cannot bring the case back to earlier stage. After the judgment is pronounced, depending on the nature, you can either set it aside or go for appeal. If you blame you advocate then question will arise if there is any complaint against him or her.

she has to change the lawyer by way of getting noc from the previous lawyer. afresh proceedings is possible and she can manage the case with the new advocate then the case can be processed. the new evidence can be added by filing the petition
