If I Was filing null and void and response file maintenance case against me? Women Already Married. I was filing null and void case against her. She was filing maintenance case against me after 6 month of my case filing. She was already not present in first hearing of null and void case. Please guide what I can do.

hello client aa i can see ur issues that is a big problem as the problem you mentiones tht the lady is already married then how can she files maintinance case on you . or after marrying your she married some one else in tht case tht marriage is not valid you need to explain us the clear conditions to which marriage yoy wish to declare null and void.

From the facts enumerated by you, it becomes clear that you want to achieve an order against the lady but she blocking your way by filing illegal case against you which is not maintainable in the eyes of law. File your response to her case in befitting manner. take expert help.
