If i remarry a girl then my ex wife cannot ask for maintenance?my ex has 2 children and she is 12th pass. For how many days I can delay to give maintenance. I didn't get the notice of maintenence so should I give money to her without court notice. If I will give money to her the court will show any mercy towards me or the court never consider the money given before filing a maintenance case. How can I avoid maintenance to her as she has taken all my jewellery my cash of worth rupees 8 lakhs without my knowledge.
In this case, Maintenance is a provision of financial support towards the wife and children to be borne by the husband. ... As per the latest order passed in January 2018, the court ruled that even if the wife is working, the husband is liable to pay her a maintenance amount.

please call me you are liable person to pay maintenance you are x wife and children's please note your wife is earning any work any business you must not give a maintenance to your wife . but we will be burden of proof about the earning business or work . but you must be giving a maintenance to your children. you are giving money to your family as a way of bank . it is one of a documentary evidence
