If i file divorce should i pay maintenance to my wife?

Me and my wife are separated from 1year and she delivered a baby and not informed to me till now it's been 8 months, i was not part of any rituals when she was pregnant. she blackmails me i feel like i'm loosing my rights and she's not even treating me like husband.she left me in 2months after marriage.

Regarding above subject matter,. since 1 yr both reside seperate, you can file divorce petition and born 8 month baby, file an application for DNA test , further information please contact me. thank you.

Dear Sir, Be informed that husband has no rights under Indian Matrimonial Laws. You can seek child custody but you may get only visitation rights. On the other hand your wife and child entitled for Maintenance irrespective of her 101 wrongs committed by your wife.
