If I don't take dowry, how much I need to pay to my wife after divorce

Ours is love marriage, and before marriage she filed complaint on me to get married and I married her. 1. I did not take any dowry from my wife, how much I need to pay her after divorce? 2. She is telling that, she will put file fir on me and my parents without any reasons, her concern is my parents should not come to my house it seems, as a son I have the responsibility to take care of them. what is the solution here? 3. She is not agreeing for Divorce and she is telling that, she don't leave me and my family and she wanted to put us in jail, but my parents don't know as we married. we married 2 months back, what is the solution here?
