If husband not capable for sex then how to get divorce

My niece got married 8 months before. But till date her husband not touched her and he is not capable to do sex. So how to get divorce?

if he is impotent, then impotency is one of the ground for divorce. u can file a case for divorce in family court. u also conduct medical test of her husband and if u get medical report, then it will be easy for you to get divorce.
