If husband is not taking care of pregnant wife and his 2years children

Hi sir/madam I had an issues with my mother in laws illegal character so decided to separate from them in Jan 2018 and in May 2018 I came to parents hyd to write exam along with my son after exam I want to retune Bangalore but my husband said me stay more few days In hyderabad so he will tell to his parenta that she won't come here until u ppl give the house bcoz we have another own house 5kms far from present house. I believed him June completed he came in July said that and said if they won't give that house I'll take a house for rent so I said after taking rent house book me ticket I'll cum with my mom then we can shift. Again my husband called me and said it's ashadam we can't shift the house after ashadam we will go then I said ok after ashadam he stoped calling or messaging me then after 15days I have texted him that ur cheating me let's go legally then he came hyd in sep 2018 said if by 10th they won't give house I promise on u and my son I'll shife to hyd by after 10th no calls
