If a couple marries in a temple out of their district but if the registration of marriage happens in wife's home town can we file cruality diverse based on 498A annexure instead of last residence together

You can file petition for divorce before the court at the place where marriage took place or where the marriage was registered, or the last place of living together, or at where the wife is presently residing.

the place of filing a divorce petition bath the place value lastly resided together along with your wife place where wife resides files the place where the husband resides all four places for the place to file divorce petition
