IAM male aged 32. After 4 days living together 2016. We spearted and filed mc,dvc.cc against me.on 2017. All false cases. In 2022 I got hmop uncontested allowed divorce. One side divorce.i need to dissolve all mc, cc, and dvc. Wt to do i gave money and gold to her. But still cases or on what' to doo

Though u got exparte divorce all the case that are filed by your wife are still pending . yes they will not closed because u got exparte divorce. Definitely other cases proceedings will takes place which is filed by your wife. if it was mutual divorce then should have withdraw as far as the agreement constitutes. please free to call for further details

In your case either you have to talk to your wife to go for a compromise or settlement, so that she can withdraw the cases …if not then you have to go through trial or … if you have any conclusive evidence regarding the false cases, then you can also go for quashing in Delhi High Court under section 482 CRPC, quashing can happen either on merits or on the compromise basis thank you ..need more facts
