Dear Sir/Madam The Suorene Court says one of party to marriage may cancel without any issue Since there is no physical relationship. If engagement happened then some expenses have to be reimbursed. Please get issue legal notice from my office and cancel such proposed marriage.

marriage will happen only the with the consent of both the parties. any one of the party is not interested in the marriage then the marriage will not take place. if you are not interested in the marriage then you can back out and that is your legal right to choose your partner.
