I was forced to marry on the threat of suicide

17-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I unwillingly got married to my girlfriend because she threatened to commit suicide if I didnt. It has been 5 years now but Iam extremely unhappy as I am not able to let go of the fact that I was forced into this marriage. We do not have any children. We have not had any real conjugal relationship so to speak of, though we have tried several times in past 5 years. Sometimes I feel hopeless and to the point of dying. What can I do?

Dear Sir, You may make clear your stand in legal words by sending a strong legal notice stating that you are unwilling to marry her because of so many issues between you. If such notice not given she may lodge complaint of cheating or for any other offence then FIR may be issued thus you will be danger.

you can explain to her of the situation and the problem facing you and then ask her to decide for herself whether this is the kind of life she I want to continue. to baby wanting to have a child and time is running out for both of you.
