I wanted to file FIR but police just filed NCR what to do now

My husband left us a year back but whenever he visit us he uses abusive language and beats me up now he started threatened me and my family. I tried to file fir against him but police just file NCR. What to do

okay I understand your questions so now you gave complaint to police station but they registered complaint only Made NCR now you want to File a FiR right yes ur us possible once you have to approch the court and filed PCR case and take directoon to police will automatically made FIR on the basiss of NCR so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

you can approach court directly if the police is denying to file FIR along with it you will be having other options also for charging against your husband and to get relief

you have to approach the police again and file the fresh complaint on detail grounds or take a help of advocate reach the police station so that you can get proper legal advise and communicator with police.
