I want to take mutual divorce with my wife as soon as possible

में औऱ मेरी पत्नी म्यूच्यूअल डाइवोर्स लेना चाहते हैं हमारे 1 बेटा भी हैं उसकी कस्टडी भी में पत्नी को देने के लिए तैयार हूं अभी कुछ दिनों पहले Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court ने 1 आदेश पारित किया था की जब पति पत्नी निर्णय ले चुके हैं कि साथ नहीँ रहना तो 6 महीने का grace period जरूरी नहीँ उस आदेश के तर्ज पर में डाइवोर्स लेना चाहता हूं
Yes there is guidelines from the Hon’ble Supreme Court as well to waive of the 6 months of cooling off period. Also if everything has been agreed between you and your wife, mutual divorce can be sought. Please feel free to contact

Yes sir, the grace period of six months can be waived of by the hon’ble court, if you and your wife are agreeable on all the terms. Even the Supreme court has laid down certain guidelines with respect to the grace period of six months.

Yes u both can file mutual divorce and the period of 6 months can be exempted if there is exception hardship n u can intimate country that u have already been staying separately for more that 6 months or so ..if u r really staying away ..
