You can file for mutual divorce if both the parties have agreed to the same and have been living separately since 1 year. It’s a process of 6 months only and fee structure is decided as per your case. Please feel free to contact Thanks

You can definitely file for mutual divorce. First of all you have to reside separately from your spouse for atleast 1 year. The whole procedure of this mutual divorce will take around 6 months For full procedure and fee structure please feel free to contact. Thank you

Hello Sir, Yes, Sir we can definitely file for mutual divorce. In mutual consent divorce, both the parties agree on the same terms as under the Memorandum of Understand and upon the same the Court hears and conclude the Divorce. There will be two motion before the Court and then the Divorce will be finalised. We can discuss the Fees Structure further.
