In order to take divorce we need to file suit under sec 13 of the HMA at the concerned court. One options is of mutual n other is for contest ! In either case u need to hire expert advocate in this regard ! Plz b in touch

If your wife also ready for give you divorce, then take mutually consent divorce from the court. If your wife does not want give you divorce, then First, Lodge FIR in your nearest police station against your wife for doing cruelty and torturing on you and your parent. Second, file divorce case in court on the ground of cruelty and torturing with the all evidences and related documents of the case. But, First, try to resolve your matter through talking with each other and families of both of you. Hope I resolved your query.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against her. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
