I want to send a legal notice before filing a divorce ?

Hi sir, madam. I have married on last year March month and its love marriage. Me and My wife both agreed for register marriage and we have married the same. My family is agreed but my wife family is agreed for our marriage nand after couple of days me and my wife staying together happily and there are no issues between us.aftwr 2 months my wife is talking with their family and their parents is telling her about my poor family background and future issues and it's affect to my wife mentally weak and she is loosing interest in marriage life day by day. She is thinking about small issues happened between us and following their parents words.. one Day she left my home without informing me or my family and she reached their family home and staying since last 10 months with them. She is not listening my words and she is asking that I will never come back to your village and I Wil not stay with your family and asking to stay separately in rented house. Please advice, can I send a notice/not?

okay I understand your questions so now after marriage you face many problem with your wife so finaly you desided to take a Divorce because she neglet you now right. yes it is possible to send legal notice so before inform her to come to mutual divorce then she make a replay you will go by her notice once she got notice not send reply notice you only file it contadtec divorce from court notice again send her ifbyou needvany legal help contact me thank you

then you can send legal notice for Bett restitution of conjugal notice rcr by filling in Court then court will send notice then she will reply you in court later one more divorce petition notice you can send imidatatly

Dear Sir You have send immediately a notice under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act calling upon to come back and save the marriage. Otherwise she may file multiple cases like dowry case, cruelty case, and may claim monthly Maintenance. To avoid such ugly situations just come to my office.
