I am having extra marital affair I want to divorce but wife is not ready to give divorce,I want to live with my gf so what steps I should do ,if I escaped form family with gf then what charges put on me

Hi Good Afternoon, first of all extra maritial affair is not an offence. but bigamy is an offence. which means your wife file bigamy against you and your girlfriend. where as per the crpc their is 7 years of imprisonment. your wife can file domestic violence case against you. in that case she can claim maintainance for herself and for her child also. even she can file fir against you. to overcome this issue, their are various legal relief which can use. for more issues and querries then contact us and visit our website

Well, your Wife neither can file any Criminal Case upon you nor she can file any Criminal Case upon your GF. Adultery has become legal in India. So, at the max, if your Wife has got a problem with your Adultery, she can seek Divorce from you on the ground of Adultery.
