I want to get divorce from my husband

I am a working lady with a three and half yrs son in class one gazette rank. Husband is businessman. Married since April 2016. Only after few months of marriage the in laws and husband started demanding of my assets and also for ed me to take loan for them to build a house which I dint agree to. Got slapped by husband once during pregnancy and once during my postnatal period when child was around 6 months. Raised the matter to police station but mutual compromise was agreed to. However he has not improved and in this duration I have completely lost any interest in him. I want divorce from him. But I can't give away my child to him at all. Daily he is giving calls to apologise but every time I have given him oppy he has disappointed me and I dnt have any patience to tolerate him anymore. I just want to get rid of him and live peacefully
