i want to get a maintenance case filed by my parents against me

my wife has filed for divorce and another interim maintenance case against me in Kerala. I and my parents(72 and 67 yr old) are residing in Delhi .Now I want to get a MC case filed by my parents against me for maximum liablilty at the earliest so that if I do have to give interim it will be a meagre amount. Backstory-my wife and her in-laws filed false cases against us and filed for divorce .During the second term of her pregnancy she left Delhi and their intention is only to usurp money.

You need to execute a settlement deed and write down all your terms and conditions in that deed so that your partner is not able to break the said deed. And it's advisable for you to opt for mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you need to file a transfer petition before the supreme court for transfer both petitions (divorce & Maintenance case) from Kerala to Delhi, After the transfer the case in Delhi submit your income Affidavit and also your liability, maintenance towards your parents. the process is very simple , after filling the Transfer petition the matter will be listed within 10 days ,

Yes you are correct you can do this to show your liability of ur case the more u can show ur liability the lower the maintenance amount and if she working then it would more in lower side and if ur a government employ you cannot escape from maintenance amount for further query please feel free to call

Hello, Your parents can file maintenance case but need to understand the details to give any correct guidance as your parents can go for senior citizens court. As your wife has already filed for maintenance case

how much cases have been filed against you and what is the stages in those cases right now. you want your maintenance to be reduced it could be done legally. you want to provide maintenance to your parents so that they can have basic livelihood to survive that can also be done legallly

i dont want to get into any settlement because she said that even if she agrees for mutual and withdraws all cases she will still let the child's custody be decided by the court unacceptable
