I want to file a case but I don't know the procedure ot it and what or

I have filed petition for divorce but the summons is not yet prepared by the court what to do
You should contact your advocate ,whom you have engaged in this case he may help you with the proceedings. You may also give some motivation( If you know what I mean) to the court employee so your summons can be issued.
