I want to divorce with my wife

Divorce with mutual understanding so I want to best consultation for its done as soon as possible so please share your best advice to help me out
If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. For mutual divorce Both partners must agree to the divorce,They must have lived separately for at least one year,They are unable to live together and mutually agree that the marriage should end. And where there is complete breakdown of marriage and no chance of living together when these asoects are satisfied the court will grant mutual divorce early.

For mutual divorce, both the parties concerned have to agree to the settlement they both have arrived upon mutually. Both of them have to file a single divorce petition along with the settlement deed, and this would be the first motion. After a lapse of six months, both the parties concerned have to move the second motion application for the mutual divorce, and then the final divorce decree is allowed.
