hi for taking mutual divorce you need to live together for a period of one year and after that you could file petition for mutual divorce and could obtain the decree after a period of three months by waiving cooling period of time

when you file a petition in court for mutual divorce the court hears both the parties and records their statement then the court Grants the petition in the court and sets a minimum six month waiting period petition. We can reduce or waive the waiting period, if it believes there is no reconciliation.
