You can claim maintenance even while living together if your husband is not adequately supporting you. File under S.125 CrPC or DV Act for yourself and your child. Court can grant interim maintenance based on his ₹50,000 income and your needs.

file for domestic violence application to seek maintenance along with protection orders, residential order on your local magistrate court, also you can file for maintenance under section 144 of BNSS, for maintenance of the child in the other case and there are also different cases you can file if possible in your case which are specific to different cases

You can proceed to file an application for maintenance for your child as we as yourself. By virtue of filing the same, you can seek a direction from the Court for payment of maintainance. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/ assistance as regards the same.

Hello ma'am, I read your enquiry and I understand your grievance. To be upfront you and your child have all the rights to get maintenance for yourselves. However, let's connect to discuss your matter in length.
