S.Gunasekar Advocate Answer. I'm sorry you're going through this. From a legal standpoint, here are some key points to consider: 1. Replying to the Affidavit: If she has falsely accused you of impotency or character issues, you need to deny the allegations in your response. Collect evidence, such as medical reports (if relevant) and any communication (messages, emails) that proves you both agreed to delay intimacy. Engage a good lawyer who can draft a strong counter-affidavit. 2. Filing a Defamation Case: If her claims are false and damage your reputation, you can file a defamation case (civil or criminal) under defamation laws. You need proof that she intentionally spread false information that harmed your reputation. 3. Claiming Compensation (Damages): If you prove defamation, you can claim monetary damages for the harm done to your name and career. Courts generally require solid proof that the false statements affected your social or professional standing. Next Steps: Consult a lawyer immediately to draft your reply and discuss filing a defamation case. Gather all evidence (medical reports, messages, agreements, or witness statements). Stay calm and avoid reacting emotionally in public or online, as it may be used against you. Would you like help in drafting a response or structuring your legal approach?

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it is advisable that you address the matter before the family court first, as the matter is pending, you can take a medical test for the disputed allegation and prove your part, thank you
