i want divorce from my wife who is talk like a pshyco

i had married before 1.3 years ago we just lived 1month with her in that that many problems we get many misunderstandings i had complaint in police we both decided that we cant live together she said i will give divore and she went to her parent home we were separate for 1 year now i asked divorce she said no i will not give u should not marrie any other girl i will not give u divorce let we to be like this but i want divorce (hindu marriage)
The families have nothing to do in the entire process. Still, if the family of the wife wants some legal document to proceed, then you can send them the drafted Mutual Consent Divorce Petition along with a Legal Notice asking the wife to come forward for signing and filing of the Petition in Court.
