I want divorce from my husband in just 3 months because of harrasment.

I am XYZ dont want to mention my name here my husband and in laws torcher me mentally and etc ways I want justice I want to file a DV case against my in laws and husband they said me to get out of there home I am right now staying at my parents home as I dont have any brother sister I am a single daughter of my parents I am facing so many issues on getting divorce I have loghed a complain at police and they also file a complain to there police station how to come out of it please guide me.

Hi, you can file a domestic violence case Under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, you are entitled to protection from mental, emotional, and physical abuse. You can file a DV complaint at: The local police station The office of the Protection Officer in your area Or directly in the Magistrate’s Court Or file divorce case

don't worry you can file a complain against your husband in laws and also take the appropriate remedy from the court you can also filed domestic violence case that is a mental cruelty by husband is family even you can ask for the maintenance by filing the maintenance application before the family court or appropriate Court then you also protection from the police also
