Q: Is it advisable to send amicable legal notice if mutual divorce desired or talk inperson first?5 yrs separation. 7 yrs together. No child. No legal action till now. My daughter unemployed, no house. She paid for her most of basic needs while married, also payed for renovation of husband's parents house. Husband conduct was bad. Earlier he was not interested to give my daughter's money back also. Daughter wants to try mutual first bt husband might not be ready without any legal intimidation.

Q: Husband drinking and not behaving well

1Husband forcefuly took my sign on prenup after marriage date(back date agreement). That says I can't ask for anything and all legal action in his city. can I file case in my city in diff state. 2He drinks daily in gujrat & misbehaves with me, wht can I do legally 3 B4 marriage he took money from me(saying only then he will marry) to buy car and repair work total 7lacs which I transferred online to vendors/ his friends and his ac in his city, can I get it back.(Car n everything on his mom name)

Q: Force for marriage by violance and torture

My parents are forcing me for marriage and using physical violence and mentally torture and abuse and tell me to die if I don't want to marry. right now I'm fresh in my career I didn't get money in learning phase they are threating me to leave their house or else they will kill me what should I do in this situation? I don't have a place to go or money to survive in this situation should I die or using legal support? Which kind of legal support I can ask for?

Q: Divorce separation maintenance

Hindu. Left husband 5 yr back for mental harrasment by him& MIL no child. He neglected me in his house never came to patchup never gav maintenance till now. I gav my money to build his parents house. No case yet done. I hv no job,less study.*Till 5 yrs he didn't try patchup, can he file rcr now?*What if he falsely say I deserted no reason? *How prove indirect mental cruelty with no recordings?*He spent my money, I hv no proof. We are living separately since marriage. It's been 3 months but we have never lived together and there seems no future possibilities. Situation is affecting mental health of both parties.
