I want divorce from my husband but he want live with me

I am a govt teacher and from jatt sikh family my husband is driver .we are living seprate from 2012 .i want divorce from him .i have 2 kids .one baby girl her age is 10 years and boy's age 9 years .my daughter live with me and son live with him.but i want to permanently seprate .but he donot want divorce .what i can do .when i live with him.he never care me and child .
