Which case you have filed is not clear.If you have filed Divorce petition in family court.Then on which stage that petition is pending.You can proceed your case if he is not coming to court hearing then matter shall be proceeded exparte.

If your Divorce petition is pending since last 6 years. mostly this type of case will not take such long time please check or ask your lawyer who appear in your matter.
