I want divorce from my husband as he is blackmailing me and my family

I got married in 2014.It was an arranged marriage. I had an affair before marriage. My husband got to know it and he called my Ex. My husband threatened him and asked about our relationship, as my Ex told him all he recorded his voice. Since then my husband is blackmailing me and tortured me mentally and emotionally. What should i do now? I had not contacted my Ex after that.

your husband had proof against you but not to worry it doesn't give him right to torture you .you should file a complaint in CAW cell (crime Against women) .they will help you and also file a case against your husband for domestic violence.if you wanna divorce you can get on the basis of cruelty and also after discussing with him you can file mutual divorce
