i want divorce due to fraud and emotionally unstable.

i want to file for divorce. before marriage my in law lied every thing about their property, house as well my husband character. before marriage after much pressure he only talked to me once. now after marriage his behavior took 360 turn. his language is very bad and talk with chichora pan. always talking about conflict in their family and cursing others. his habit are making me go into depression. from first time forcing me to have child. i think he e is emotionally unstable.
if you want divorce then u will be able to file a application under section 13 of Hindu marriage act...also u can laudge FIR at nearest police station in various sections of BNS...if u file FIR and application for divorce then u should be successful to take divorce..
