I want divorce but husband doesn't but wants my 2 year old child

So my husband is not giving me any notice or anything for taking divorce but have threatened me so many times by saying it that he will not live with me and at the same time when i am at my parents house atpresent so he is again and again saying that you are kepping my child away from me you are not doing video call to show him and all so why he wants my child but not me???

First of all you should be clear whether you need to continue the marriage or take Divorce. Secondly, If u wish to stay together then a mere video call is not a big deal. You both go for a marriage counselling which will help to mend your marital relationship.

Well, the answer is clear from your Husband, that, he does not want to live with you, but, he needs either the child custody or atleast visitation rights to meet with the child. Your Husband has become so attached with the child, that, he wants you to show his condition again and again via Video Calls, so that, he can pamper him on video call at least.
