I want divorce and maintenance

I got married in 2009. I have 3 children. My husband is alcoholic. So, he always mentally torture to me and didn't give me required amount. So, i start a boutique but now he always pressuring me to wind-up your boutique. Now I am furstrate all of this circumstances. What should I do now.

If your husband’s behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can always file a complaint with the police station of your area. It will wholly depend on you what do you want to do. There are many options available for you. You can go for Domestic Violence in which you and your children can get a monthly maintenance.

Since your husband is unavailable to discharge his obligations and duties of married life, and also causing mental cruelty to you, you can seek divorce as per law and can also claim maintenance for yourself and for the child. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

you can Claim maintenance under two different provisions specifically enacted for women's in India. at the same time you can also claim maintenance for your 3 children and at the same time for their education and daily needs. at the same you can procure orders for stopping torture against you.
