I want complete withdrawal procedure for NCW online or through post

29-Jul-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I filed complaint in NCW portal before 5 months related to premarital breach. But it got resolved now and we got married happily. I filed complaint on Feb they accepted and sent an email to near police station and police called me for process. I clearly said i want to withdraw my complaint privately through online if possible as per my privacy I can't come to police station also am very far. But now again ncw sent email for atr to the police station I sent many mails for withdrawal.

Since the dispute has been amicabley resolved and the complainant and accused now legally married, the very basis of the complaint no longer survives . The complainant has already submitted multiple written withdrawal requests citing privacy and practical constraints in appearing personally . in such Circumstances, it is lawful and appropriate for the NCW and the concerned police station to close the complaint and terminate future proceedings . Continued insistence on ATR or appearance amounts to unnecessary harassment and infringes on the complinant's right to privacy and dignity . A formal closer should be recorded immediately to prevent misuse and undue Hardship.

Response: Since the issue is resolved and you are now married, you can send a formal withdrawal statement in writing to both the NCW and concerned police station, citing your desire to maintain privacy. Clearly mention that the matter is resolved amicably and request closure of proceedings. You may also request video or email confirmation instead of physical appearance due to personal constraints. Follow up with acknowledgment from both authorities. If they still proceed, you can submit an affidavit of withdrawal or approach a lawyer to assist with official closure.
