I want a divorce from my husband but he doesn't want it. I tried calling him but no luck. My family tried to contact them, went to their home, they were not there. nThey verbally abused me, so left their home 1 year back as not able to resolve issue. I'm doing job in Bangalore & don't want alimony or any other financial support from him because ours was a simple marriage without dowry. What should I do now? I don't want to get involved in long trials as cases can take 5 to 7 years to resolve without mutual consent for divorce

As per section 13a of the hindu marriage act 1956,there is a Clause for cruelty. What your husband has done. He axiomatically becomes culpable in the eyes of law of all the curmudgeon and ruthlessness he has displayed. Book him under section 13 of hindu marriage act clubbing it with 125 and 126 of crpc, you shall get your alimony for sure. For further details you may unhesitatingly contact me
