Sir, mere shadi hoke 2 years 11 months islam reeti rewaj kay sath huva hai. mere wife mujhe cheating karke letter likh kar dusre ladke kay saath bhaag chuki hai. mai meri wife ka missing comlplaint police station may darge karwaya. abhi mere wife abscond hai uske boyfriend kay saath abhi tak location traceout nahi huva hai. mera sawaal eh hai ki mai divorce apply karsata hu kya incase 1/2 months baad may mere wife mai chaihiye bolke aakar mere sign kay bina eeh divorce nai ho sakta bolsakti ky

hello ,yes you can give her divorce without her concern from court as per muslim law and there are more option you can givr divorced to your wife. according to muslim personal law you easily get degree dont worry file a Divorce case in family court.
