I took away my 5 year old daughter with me without telling my wife

My wife is very cruel woman since my marriage she is torturing me emotionally and physically, and never let my daughter come to me, I filed divorce later compromised but still she not allowing my daughter to come to me, so I took her away with me without letting her know and want to upbring her in any other city, I am a father so I have right on my 5+ old daughter, I have no other way left in my life, what I do now is it ok now
Since your daughter has attained the age of five then in that case you also became the first natural guardian of your child. But your wife can always knock the doors of court to grant custodian rights over your daughter. Rather than stretching your relationship it's better to go for a mutual divorce. hello client as a matter of the things you have done is not very accurate but as you said you want divorce as well as you want to live with your child it can be done but for tht we need to go through the full compromise deed if your divorce petition matter . you child will remain with you do not worry but we nees to move to court for our safty of our rights as father.
