I seek Divorce from wife. How to proceed ?

I am married from last 1 year as per hindu custom.since then i am having issues with my wife . My in laws always interfere in my home.i am currently lving in noida with my wife.my parents live in ambala.my wife and my in laws always pressurise me not to meet my parents.nor they allow them to come to meet us.whenever they come my wife creates a issue.my in laws and wife pressurise me to take her for holidays now n then.if I can't they make fun of my financial status, although i took loan of 5 lakh and make every faclity avalailable. My wife and her parents has giveb ne unnecessary stress.me and my sister lives in same city but my wife makes her to livr separate in pg .when i told her that i will keep my parents with me ,she said that she would send my parents to jail etc please suggest.

In your case you have two ways of getting divorce from your wife. One is both parties are agree and get divorced mutually and second is you can file one side divorce petition in under section 13 of Hindu marriage act. Its very unfortunate that now a days law are being misused to harass innocent same is your case,you need not to worry, apex court had taken cognizance of this misuse of special laws like dowry protection and Domestic violence number of ruling had been made .Forward me all details .

You have sufficient ground of divorce. These acts comes under the definition of cruelty. I advise you to consult a lawyer of family law and get your petition drafted carefully. In your case drafting is very important.
