I recently heard that Supreme Court rules it can directly grant divorce to couples under Article 142. nWe are couple married for more than 1 year and living seperately after 1 month of marriage due to personal issues now planning to get divorce. How can we get divorce in 15 days as per new law. If there's lawyer in Hyderabad to take my case and get divorce in 15 days. I would like to consult him/her. Thank you!

you can file a case for mutual divorce. and you have to explain the court in ur case why expeditious you are asking the court to grant divorce. you must get the case numbered and file a petition to waive the mandatory period.

hi as per the latest supreme court judgment you coud approach under ground of irrevitable breakdown of marriage and only after attending multiple round of counsellings so it is bettter to approach family court for mutual divorce

yes u can abtaion mutual consent by filling petition in the concerned court rt of ur area where u both last resided by way of filling petition in court u can get
divorce with in the time by following documents with proper procedures if the court is satisfied divorce will be grstedvin short tine
