I received notice from Chennai family court, can i send return notice from Bangalore
dear sir it is a court notice so you have to attend Court in person and engage advocate and contest the case.without going to the court you cannot contest the case. If you do not choose to contest then it will be decided in her favour

Hi...yes you can send return notice from Bangalore itself. But you have to first check whether it is summons from the court or legal notice issued by the advocate itself by that you can plan for it.
