I often visit my in-law's house to see my son.
30-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Married for 6+ years with a son. However, we have been staying separately for more than a year now. I often visit my in-law's house to see my son. She is Arrogant, Aggressive, and stubborn. Attempted suicide twice, She was treated by 2 Psychiatrists for depression and anxiety issues. Stopped medication halfway. Now my in-laws are pressuring me to take her from their home as she continues to trouble them with her behavior. They are asking her to leave the house. Please advise how to handle this.
Dear Sir,
It is better to immediately file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and medical issues. If you take her back to your house and if she commits suicuide then yourself and your parents will be in trouble. Take the responsibility of the child as your wife is a medically unfit to rear up the child. Thus your petition for divorce may be considered positively.
