i need to sign vakalatnama for a case in another state

i am residing and working in delhi. due to a family court divorce petition filed by my wife in kerala against me i have taken services of a local lawyer over there. he says i need to sign a vakalatnama which needs to be attested by a lawyer here in delhi confirming my identity and then send him the same.let me know charges for this process and when i can visit

He means to say that there will be two lawyers in your case one him and other one in delhi in case you need any assistance in delhi. This is not a costly process it will cost you around thousand rupees or may be even less. you may contact me for any further queries and suggestions.

If you just need to attest to the vakalatnama then you can always get it notarized or get a seal by the oath commissioner and send it to the advocate in Kerala. You also need to file a strong reply/WS to the petition filed by your wife. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
