I need the maintaince charges for my children's after divorce

Will I get monthly maintenance charges of my children's after divorce, Matrimonial,I am Muslim

The primary obligation of maintaining children is on the father. The Muslim authorities have laid down that a father, who willfully neglected or deserted his children or refused to maintain them, when he had means to do so, could be punished.
This is not possible in modern India. The obligation to maintain children is a personal obligation of the father. The father is bound to maintain his children of both sexes of any creed or religion.

Hi...yes sure you can ask for maintenance not only for you but also for u r children and you can insist him to deposit the amount or any property in your choice name or tel him to bare the School expenses of the children and also along with their daily needs.
